Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing the SSB Psychological Test Platform. We strive to provide defence aspirants with the highest quality practice materials and digital resources. Please read this policy carefully to understand our guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations for our digital products (such as our Practice eBooks).

1. Digital Products (eBooks & PDFs)

Standard Rule: Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our digital products (like the SSB Psychological Test Practice eBook), we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once the purchase is completed and the download link has been accessed.

Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned." Once you have downloaded the eBook, you permanently possess the knowledge and materials contained within it. Therefore, all sales of digital products are considered final.

2. Exceptions for a Refund

We believe in absolute fairness. While digital goods are non-refundable, we will issue a 100% refund under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally paid twice for the same product due to a technical glitch, network issue, or bank error.
  • Corrupt File / Technical Issue: If the file you downloaded is corrupted, fails to open, or is completely inaccessible, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue or provide you with a working copy within 48 hours of your complaint.
  • Non-Delivery: If your payment was successful and money was deducted from your account, but you never received the download link via email or the confirmation page.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your situation matches one of the exceptions listed above, please initiate a refund request by contacting us within 7 days of your purchase.

To process your request quickly, please reach out via our Contact Page or email our support team directly. Ensure you include the following details in your message:

  • Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
  • Your Payment ID or Transaction ID (provided by Instamojo or your bank).
  • A clear explanation of the issue (e.g., "I was charged twice" or "The PDF file is not opening").
  • A screenshot of the payment receipt or error, if applicable.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, our team will investigate the issue. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 to 48 hours.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the reversal immediately. Please note that it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect back in your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI), depending on your bank's processing times.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received a confirmation from us that your refund has been processed, but you haven't received the money after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank account statement carefully again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us again via our Contact Page, and we will assist you further.
